Heart of the City is currently seeking an experienced Brand Specialist to assist the Marketing Manager with the delivery and implementation of the annual Marketing Plan and achievement of the objectives within it. This is a unique opportunity for a superstar to help manage a number key city projects alongside a dynamic team.

As the Brand Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring all material supply deadlines are achieved, digital assets are created and supplied and campaign performance is tracked and optimized. You will take the lead on website development and support the Events and Sponsorship Manager as required to ensure the successful promotion of key annual events.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Working closely with the creative services agency to help deliver campaigns like Restaurant Month; ArtWeek and Christmas.
- Being responsible for campaign asset production, planning timelines to allow for approvals, and ensuring dispatch deadlines are met.
- Ensuring all digital assets are created and provided to meet the media requirements
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with digital and offline media agencies.
- And being responsible for campaign performance, reporting, optimisations, and post analysis.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Minimum of 5 years in Brand or Consumer marketing
- Proven track record of building relationships and manage third parties/agency relationships
- Strong digital/web/online experience
- Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills
- Knowledge of databases and CMS programmes
