Our client is a production/processing company that are industry leaders in their sector, by continuing to be at the forefront of innovation. The company has a strong brand and continues to invest significant resources in its operations and brand development, which sees it focused on future growth opportunities.

Reporting to and working closely with the Finance Manager this is a great opportunity, to take a lead role in managing and transacting all the payroll processes for a weekly payroll using integrated rostering/payroll processes and systems, with electronic time and attendance data collection. In addition this role works alongside the HR Manager and supports them by maintaining a range of the Payroll and HR Administration records, while also delivering the payroll reporting. As part of the wider finance and administration team there is scope to also get broader experience and develop your analytical skills.

We view this role as an excellent opportunity for individuals who can offer a depth of payroll processing experience, who have good systems skills (intermediate level Excel skills) and most of all who are motivated by the challenge and broader range of involvement that this role can offer. To be successful in this role you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage a number of internal relationships, be well organised, proactive and solutions focused in your approach.

This role does offer some flexibility in the working hours. While Monday & Tuesday are busy days in the payroll processing, the rest of the week will offer the opportunity to vary your hours.
