Operating locally, they contribute to projects ranging from residential to national scale, including post-earthquake recovery in Christchurch. There dedicated teams prioritize quality service, making a positive impact on clients and communities alike.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support recruitment efforts, handling internal communications, posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging interviews, and verifying references.
- Organize and facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new hires, including personalized induction sessions.
- Prepare onboarding resources like offer letters and employment agreements, overseeing documentation completion and retention.
- Coordinate annual staff reviews following the designated framework.
- Assist in implementing various processes as required.
- Contribute to relevant projects and initiatives that promote employee development and growth.
**About You**:
- Familiarity with a comparable role, demonstrating grasp of HR regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in effective written and spoken communication.
- Proactive, self-propelled, and a dynamic contributor to collaborative efforts.
- Possession of a Human Resources credential could be an asset, though it is not obligatory.
- Unrestricted work authorization in New Zealand is required.
