Are you looking for an opportunity to drive positive change in our business and elevate the work experience for our employees and managers?

As the Regional PX Partner, you will play a pivotal role in talent management, including performance management, employee relations, recruitment, total rewards, coaching, change management, restructuring, succession planning, and culture development.

**What You Will Do**:
Operating as a true business partner, you will collaborate closely with leaders and managers, advocating for the needs of the business while working harmoniously within our matrixed organisation and the global PX team. Reporting to the Regional PX Senior Manager based in Christchurch, NZ, you will be responsible for an internal client base within the Australia/New Zealand region.
- **Business Partner**:Engage with leaders to understand business objectives and collaborate with the Regional PX Senior Manager and Sector PX to develop and implement talent objectives aligned with business goals.
- **Day to Day**:Provide general HR expertise, manage global PX programs and processes, and partner with PX Centres of Excellence (COE) to align regional initiatives with COE programs.
- **Relationships and Communication**:Build strong relationships within your client group and the global PX team, excelling in listening, clear articulation, and concise writing.
- **Management & Employee Development**:Identify learning and development needs, facilitate talent reviews, and coach managers and employees.
- **Change Agent**:Act as a liaison for leading change, collaborating with managers to effectively implement change initiatives and raising awareness of their impact.
- **Organisational Development**:Partner to define and develop organisational design and culture, fostering collaboration and engagement.
- **Employee Engagement**:Collaborate with senior management to monitor employee engagement and take actions to create a positive work environment.
- **Talent Attraction/Retention**:Partner with leaders and the Talent Attraction COE to attract top talent, identify and retain key individuals, and strengthen the Trimble brand.
- **Program/Process Execution**:Execute PX initiatives, identify recurring talent issues, and propose creative solutions to enhance employee relations, engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
- **Mergers/Acquisitions/Restructuring**:Collaborate with stakeholders to manage change during mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, integrating new employees/organisations into Trimble effectively.
- **Global Awareness**:Thrive in a matrixed, global organisation, valuing diversity and engaging with differences.

To excel in this role, you must be unafraid to dive into the challenges and opportunities within a vibrant product development organisation. Ideally, you have experience supporting engineers, managers, sales, support personnel, and senior leaders directly. Your problem-solving skills, dedication, and collaborative nature set you apart as a valuable team player. You are known for building strong rapport, establishing trust quickly, courageously resolving complex people and organisational issues, and managing processes and details effectively. Your positive energy, engagement, sound judgment, and objectivity shine through in all interactions.

**What Skills & Experience You **Should **Bring**:

- Proven and demonstrated experience in progressive HR roles ideally supported by a Bachelor's degree (in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration) or equivalent
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude, exceptional interpersonal, communication and proven business partnering skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrixed PX/HR team.
- Confident in using data to derive insights and support decision-making coupled with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

**What Skills & Experience You **Could **Bring**:

- Effective coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience within a dynamic, matrixed organisation would be useful, but not required
