**Position Title**:HR Assistant/Auditor

**Location**:Hamilton

**Remuneration**:$31 - $33 Per Hour

**Part-time**: 24 hours per week with flexibility up to 40 hours during peak periods

**About the Role**:
Industrial Site Services Co Ltd is seeking a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team as an ISO Auditor and HR Assistant. This dual-function role is essential for maintaining high-quality standards and supporting the delivery of Human Resources initiatives within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ISO Auditor Duties**:

- Conduct systematic and independent examinations of the organization's quality management

systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Carry out both internal and external audits to maintain ISO certification.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation for ISO audits.
- Oversee and update the Document Management System, liaising with managers to ensure

document accuracy and compliance.

**HR Assistant Duties**:

- Assist in the administration and implementation of human resources policies, processes, and programmes.
- Provide support during high work periods to deliver timely HR services.
- Actively engage in project work to roll out and deliver HR initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of innovative HR solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications in business studies or relevant fields.
- Experience in business administration.
- Full and Clean Class 1 Driver's License.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and adept in business document writing.
- Willingness to gain ISO Auditing certification and an interest in HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant programs.
- A willingness to travel when required
