**About the role**
This is an administration role are like no other Working with a team of HR Advisors, you will support the HR Advice function through the provision of employment related documentation. The purpose of the role is to provide high quality HR administration support through the provision of documentation related to employment terms and conditions, performance review data management, and through the administration of rewards, recognition and engagement processes. A key deliverable of this role is to plan, synchronise and execute the requests in an accurate and timely manner; delighting all stakeholders with your efficiency and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to requests for service received via the HR Advice inbox
- Completing HR related documentation, including variations to employment agreements, employment relations documentation, position descriptions and other employment related documentation as required
- Collation of data and recording of HR analytics
- Sourcing employee or business unit information as required by managers
**About you**
As an experienced administrator you’ll have a solid understanding of the importance of producing work that is accurate, professional and delivered in a timely manner. An HR background is not required for this role, but professional business administration work experience is essential.
You’ll also bring with you:
- The ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship management skills, including building effective relationships with all levels of the company.
- A customer focus ethos including the ability to deliver to expectations.
- A self-driven focus and be someone who can take the initiative in a fast paced and agile environment
