**Business Coordinator**:

- Full-time, Permanent opportunity, to join a trusted Global leading Animal Health organisation
- Be an integral part the Animal Health Livestock Intelligence team as the Business Coordinator
- Role is based in New Zealand’s Animal Health Hamilton office

The primary responsibility of the Business Coordinator is to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Head of Livestock Intelligence and assist with the management of services of our companies Animal Health Hamilton offices. The role is also required to coordinate Environment, Health and Safety activities, maintenance contractor access, along with administration of security services.

Of critical importance to the successful execution of this role is having a pragmatic approach to setting up efficient processes and having the ability to coordinate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

**What You Will Do**
**Responsibilities include, however not limited to**:

- Effectively & consistently providing the Head of Livestock Intelligence, and our companies Senior managers with administrative and operational support where required
- Consistently exercising excellent organisational skills and judgment in setting priorities, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Coordinate the upkeep of Environment, Health and Safety systems, processes and procedures
- Arranging travel and other logístical arrangements for internal staff and external visitors where applicable
- Purchase and travel card reconciliations
- Maintain register (and stock) of IT equipment
- Administer the issuing of security system cards for all employees and contractors
- Primary Site Liaison for site service vendors, ensuring they are meeting their contracted requirements and escalate where appropriate.
- Resolve issues on a day-to-day basis
**What You Must Have**
- Prior extensive experience in an administrative role
- Strong collaboration and organisation skills, is key
- Previous experience supporting at general manager level and supporting multiple people in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively at all organization levels and with high performance teams
- Drive and energy to quickly meet and exceed individual and group goals
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Unquestionable ethics and integrity
- Intermediate/Advanced level user experience of MS WORD, MS POWERPOINT, MS EXCEL, MS OUTLOOK
