**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer focused individual to join their team as a Sales Coordinator, based in the head office at The Lakes, Tauranga. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our field Sales Team with appointment bookings, travel and administration. You will also manage enquiries from our existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
In addition, the sales Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Processing sales orders
- Sales Team calendar planning & travel management
- Preparation of customer reports
- CRM Database Management and maintaining accurate customer records
**Qualifications**:
In order to be successful in this role you will:
- Be able to get on board with our values and mission
- Have previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Sales Support role
- Be customer focused
- Be highly driven and motivated to succeed
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
