- The Group Finance & Performance team is responsible for performance management, financial control, corporate office income and expenditure, settlements, Group IT accounting, external financial reporting and other non-financial reporting.

**About the role**
- We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Accounting & Treasury Manager. This role is critical to ensuring that Fletcher Building meets its accounting and treasury reporting obligations as a listed entity in multiple jurisdictions.** Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing and preparing accurate technical accounting assessments and recommendations in compliance with GAAP and NZ IFRS to the business.
- Maintaining, provide training on, and regularly updating the Group’s accounting policies to ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, including NZ IFRS and any other local regulatory requirements.
- Manage and prepare the Group’s treasury reporting, including month-end processing, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Group’s treasury system (Quantum).

**About you**
- You’ll come equipped with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Prior experience within a large organisation or multinational corporation is advantageous. It’s expected you’ll have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required, as well as a CA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent professional accounting certification.
