Bevorzugte Standorte: Australien und Neuseeland Als Support-Spezialist innerhalb von ABB Contact Center Operations wird der Stelleninhaber als erster Ansprechpartner für ABB-Kunden fungieren, mit dem Ziel, die Geschäftsabwicklung mit ABB einfacher und angenehmer zu gestalten, indem der Kundenaufwand reduziert und das Kundenerlebnis mit ABB verbessert wird. Ein Contact Center Support Specialist bietet einen exzellenten Kundensupport, indem er Kundenanfragen bearbeitet und in angemessener Zeit und Weise löst und gleichzeitig die Einhaltung der Vorschriften gewährleistet. All dies sollte zu einer verbesserten positiven Customer Experience, zu einer erhöhten Erstkontakt-zu-Bargeld-Übergangsrate und schließlich zu mehr Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für ABB führen und gleichzeitig die Gesamteffizienz und Transparenz erhöhen.

**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Unterstützung der Kunden durch Überwachung des Status der Kundenanfragen und dass alle Anfragen, die über mehrere Kanäle (einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Telefon, Web, E-Mail, Chat) eingehen, schnell und kompetent gelöst werden, indem Unterstützung bei jeder notwendigen Eskalation geleistet wird
- Sicherstellung eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses während des gesamten Prozesses durch regelmäßige Updates und Klarstellungen für die Kunden
- Systematische und detailorientierte Denkweise bei der erfolgreichen Erledigung der Fälle. Sicherstellung der Lösung von Kundenproblemen (z. B. produkt-, technische, auftrags
- und zahlungsbezogene Probleme) durch sofortige Lösung oder Koordination mit Vertrieb, Betrieb, Supply Chain Management und anderen internen und/oder externen Teams durch Befolgung festgelegter Prozesse und Verwendung vereinbarter Tools und Systeme. Die Koordination umfasst die Lösung mit After-Sales-Service
- und/oder Ersatzteilteams, auch mit Media Relations, Talent Acquistion or procurement teams
- Empfehlung einer geeigneten Lösung für Kundenanfragen und Abstimmung mit verwandten Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass die vollständige Bearbeitung der Anfrage (z. B. Produktionskapazität und -planung, Ressourcen, Angebote, Preislisten, Rechnung) vorhanden ist.
- Proaktive Information der Kunden über den Problemstatus auf der Grundlage von Eingaben und Klärung aller Fragen zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität. Regelmäßige Initiierung von Kundenfeedbackschleifen (Umfragen) durch Befolgung gemeinsam vereinbarter Prozesse, Verständnis der Zufriedenheit und Identifizierung von Bereichen mit kontinuierlichem Verbesserungsbedarf
- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Pflege der Kontaktliste, der Routing-Tabellen und der Informationen auf internen/externen Seiten. Proaktive Identifizierung potenzieller Verbesserungsbereiche in Prozessen, Praktiken und Tools gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Erstellung und Analyse regelmäßiger Statistiken mit verfügbaren Tools und Sammeln relevanter Informationen. Verfolgung der regelmäßigen Zielerreichung durch Beobachtung des Gesamtprozesses und der Trends über alle Anfragen hinweg und Identifizierung von Verbesserungsbereichen, während Ergebnisse bereitgestellt oder Risiken für das Management hervorgehoben werden
- Unterstützen Sie je nach Situation das Geschäft mit Outbound-Aktivitäten wie Marketingkampagnen sowie mit einem 24/7-Follow-the-Sun-Service oder sogar mit persönlicher Kundeninteraktion
