We are looking for someone who can step up and walk the talk of providing excellent customer service to our customers across the Warehouse and Warehouse Stationary online stores, while being a go to support for our Customer Care Specialists

**Job Description**:
We can promise that no two days will be the same, and each day your problem-solving skills will come into play. Day to day you will be compiling reports for our business partners, assisting with coaching, managing the queues, taking escalations, implementing innovative ideas to help us move forward, and taking calls. It sounds a lot and it is, and it will stretch you. We have some exciting changes coming, so are looking for someone who can step up and embrace these changes with a can do attitude.

**Qualifications**:
Firstly, you are passionate about customer service While it would be ideal if you had some contact centre experience, we are interested in those who live and breathe our values and can;
Really ‘Own It’ and be reliable and responsible while being a team member who can work independently.

Be able to ‘Think Customer’ by having experience in providing exceptional customer service..

‘Do Good’ be having high attention to detail and maintaining a high level of service while working under time constraints.

To succeed in this role you will need to have:

- A minimum of 1-year customer service experience in a Contact Centre or Retail environment and/or qualification relevant to dealing with customers.
- A customer focused attitude.
- Some coaching and training experience/enhancing team members abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven relationship building at all levels.
