You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity within the Accor hotels in Wellington, the role will see the individual working over multiple properties, brands and star ratings, Monday - Friday including some Saturday shifts. Reporting to the General Managers and based at Ibis Wellington.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for maximising occupancy average rate and yield at the hotels, successfully converting reservation enquiries into materialised bookings and taking responsibility to attain the highest possible occupancy and average rate across all 4 Wellington Hotels.
- Overall responsibility of Reservations function for the four Wellington hotels Monitoring forward reservations and upcoming occupancy.
- Close liaison with the Revenue Manager on available product inventory/distribution & Marketing Management of group reservations.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Have excellent telephone manner with a pro-active selling approach.
- Be innovative, self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Positive orientation, developing an empowered team and leading the team.
- Have previous experience in a Supervisory role with hotel reservations.
- A commitment to high standards of accuracy with excellent service
- Have experience with online distribution channels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
