**About the role**
The Office of the Commissioner has been established to provide advice, governance, and executive support services to the Executive Leadership Team and to members of the broader executive which includes Assistant Commissioners and Executive Directors.
We are looking for a highly motivated leader to join our team as Team Leader Executive Services. This role reports to the Manager - Executive Services.
- The Team Leader, Executive Services is accountable of day-to-day coordination and people management of the Executive Assistants within the Executive Services Team, ensuring that processes and workflow within the group are running smoothly, identifying roadblocks and proactively managing risks in the day to day function of the Executive Services Team.Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the team to high levels of performance through coaching and support.
- Coordinating work for the team to ensure they are enabled to succeed
- Support the Manager Executive Services in providing leadership and direction to enable the team to achieve the team’s purpose
- Support recruitment and induction of team members
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive team environment and building Police’s employment brand and reputation.
