Mō tēnei tūranga | About this role
We have Recruitment Advisor, Contingent Workforce opportunity in our in-house Sourcing and Selection team.

**You will also**:

- Assist managers to develop job adverts, selection criteria, interview guides and any other job-specific material required for the role.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, and HR Advisors to provide support and advice.
- Be the key contact for resource requests and facilitate the recruitment for the contingent workforce, ensuring best practice is applied
- Manage the development of new contracts, contract variations, and negotiations throughout the engagement of contingent workforce
- Work proactively with third party suppliers and ensure we obtain the best value and service.

You'll have the backing of a friendly, supportive, knowledgeable team where you can further develop and broaden your skills and experience in an organisation with bold plans.

- Relevant recruitment background (in-house or agency) with strengths in talent sourcing, selection, engaging contractors, and the ability to take a consultative approach with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to establish relationships and build credibility quickly.
- Great communication, problem-solving and an ability to deliver results.
- A real passion to uphold Te Tiriti and Diversity and Inclusion. You will be motivated to develop in this area and open to innovative recruitment approaches to ensure we are attracting and selecting diverse talent.
