Are you an experienced Recruitment Advisor looking for the next step in a large fast growing New Zealand organisation? Our Recruitment Advisor position provides the perfect development opportunity towards a Recruitment Partner role.

With significant investment in KiwiRail from the government to deliver iconic infrastructure projects and our busy freight operational business, we recruit the best talent to deliver our business needs.


What you'll do
Our Recruitment Advisors provide day to day support to our Recruitment Partners. We are a close-knit professional team, who enjoy a fast pace environment whilst retaining our core KiwiRail values.

In your role as Recruitment Advisor, you will work with a Recruitment Partner to support delivery to their portfolio. You will assist with 360 recruitment and full suite of recruitment functions. Your Recruitment Partner will have a variety of operational roles at all levels of seniority.

Not only will you work with an awesome group of people and be involved in exciting projects, but this role will also give you the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and grow your career.


What you'll need

  • 23 years' experience in either internal or agency recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with all levels of the business
  • Proactive management style
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise completing tasks
  • Experience with international recruitment is preferred
