- Possess a bachelor's degree (or partial grad) preferably in HR or Recruitment (ideal but not essential)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering lasting connections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and well-versed in various digital tools.
- Adept understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly within Community Health and ACC.
