**The Opportunity**

A permanent **Finance Administration** available for a capable and experienced individual covering AP / AR & payroll, assistance with monthly financials and general administration duties including stakeholder engagement and operational support.

**Key Responsibilities of the position**
- Accounts Payable/Receivable and reporting using Xero
- Prepare and run weekly end-to-end Payroll through third-party provider
- Reconciling Bank Accounts/Credit Card
- GST Filing & PAYE/Payday Filing
- General office administration & team support

**Key Attributes**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
- Computer literate (MS Office suite)
- Experience with Xero preferred
- Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
- Strong work ethic & very organised
