**_ The main duties for this role include:_**
- Managing the call cycle to ensure all clients are proactively contacted
- Actively identifying and executing sales opportunities on every call
- Managing the day-to-day administration requirements of your customer
- Providing excellent customer services on every inbound call
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities through prescribed outbound campaigns
- Processing orders for customers in a timely manner
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently
- Contribute to the teams monthly goals in your assigned region
- Previous experience in telesales and customer service
- The ability to build long term internal and external relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- The ability to learn quickly and be IT savvy
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong drive to go above and beyond to achieve the required goals
