**The Role**:
We are looking for a capable quality advisor to join our team - an Emberite in the making This is a great opportunity for you to grow your career. As the quality advisor, you will support teams to develop a culture of continuous improvement, health, safety, and risk management.

You will provide support, training and guidance for managers and staff around the quality programme. This will involve monitoring quality improvement at both an administrative and a leadership level. Our team is involved in exciting projects that we would love you to be involved with. This will allow you to learn and gather tools for your health management kete in a supportive and stimulating environment.

We would really welcome a new team member who has knowledge of quality systems and wants to work alongside a fantastic team of Emberites (will be able to tell you more at the interview).

**You**:

- have been/are a registered health professional or are someone with an exceptional aptitude for quality improvement
- Have a systems, project, and process approach with relevant experience in auditing or expertise in continuous improvement
- Have a flair for training and supporting managers and staff
- Have a focus on using evidence and data to improve services and take an innovative approach if required
- Be self-directed, able to work autonomously but also connect and engage as a team player.

**Also**:

- Full NZ Drivers Licence
- Valid/Current work visa, residency, or citizenship
- Intermediate practical knowledge of Microsoft 365
