**The Role**:
An executive level role reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, strategic construction leader to make your mark on Wanaka's construction sector.

As the Regional Manager, you will be a strong and passionate leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team. You will be responsible for fostering a high performing and collaborative team culture.

You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven success in influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution. You will play an integral role in driving new business for the region.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the Wanaka team
- Oversee operations and finances of business
- Oversee performance of all projects (via project Managers)
- Client/Stakeholder Management

**Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in people management, budget management and a vast knowledge in construction.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
