**About the role**

You will be an experienced and senior, qualified HSEQ Senior Advisor who is used to providing advice at an operational level for multiple construction projects. Your role will be to maintain and improve all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems, including rolling out relevant training and ensuring best practice advice is provided at all times.

**Duties**
- Assist at project level with establishing and maintaining quality, health, safety and environmental requirements
- Train the NZ regional staff in all aspects, gaining understanding at all levels
- Maintain current knowledge of all standards, legislation and industry best practice
- Facilitate project safety improvement programs
- Conduct internal HSEQ compliance audits
- Collect and analyse relevant data to support statistical reporting and trends
- Review incident reports and support investigations
- Provide a professional level of reporting

**Skills and experience**

We anticipate you will be tertiary qualified in a related field (OHS and Quality), with a significant number of years’ experience within the construction industry.

You will enjoy being highly operational and working at all levels within the NZ business, providing an environment for continuous improvement and excellence in safety standards, working at all levels.
