Admin / Customer service superstar needed, work with an exciting company that can offer development
**Your new company**
This company is conveniently located in Panmure area meaning no travelling into the city centre in that traffic They have seen a considerable amount of growth in a short time and the momentum isn’t showing any sign of stooping, they are an exciting, progressive, and professional technology company that are seeking an administrator to assist with daily tasks and oversee the day-to-day running of the office. This role is a full-time position, hours are general business hours Monday - Friday.
**Your new role**
You will be reporting to the Management Accountant, providing ongoing support to customers, the sales and admin team, customer orders, invoicing, queries, reports as well as other key administrative and support functions as required from time to time by sales and management team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have a fantastic go getter attitude and not be afraid to get involved
- You’ll need to love being part of a growing team and work collaboratively
- Have strong systems knowledge across Microsoft suites, some finance software knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
