Our client is one of New Zealand’s longest established and most respected law firms. They have locations in Auckland and Christchurch.
**About the role**
Play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to a well-known law firm in the Auckland CBD. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will work closely with other Administrators in the office, and be responsible for a variety of administration, reception duties, office management, and facility support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Documentation preparation and collation
- File management
- Assisting with reception duties when required
- Data entry
**Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years of strong administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Proactive and shows initiative
