Customer Care Rep/administrator

Exciting temporary opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Rep/Administrator to become part of the family at this well-respected organisation. Located in East Tamaki, this is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hrs per week, where you will be provided with ongoing training and onsite carparking.
**About the role - Atu mo te mahi**
This role will be responsible for providing customer service across New Zealand customers, supporting administrative tasks to ensure customer orders, queries and complaints are completed in a timely manner. This role will work closely with the Customer Manager plus the wider customer service and sales team and will involve working across internal functions within the business and external providers.
**Key tasks and accountabilities (not limited to)**:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Data entry of customer orders
- Processing and assessing credits
- Coding of invoices
- Setting up shipments and liaising with freight companies
- Liaising with the wider Customer Service team, other internal stakeholders, consumers and suppliers

You will be an articulate communicator with a confident, people focussed and professional personality, who is able to work independently and, in a team, show a high level of initiative, problem solving and work ethic. In addition to having excellent time management skills, ability to set/handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, tech savvy, resilient and pro-active, engaging, energetic approach with a great attitude.
- Proven customer service and administration experience good admin and computer skills and a high accuracy rate for alphanumeric data entry.
- Strong ability to problem solve and be proactive
- Solid experience within Excel
- Have a strong ability to pick things up quickly and be able to work well under pressure
- Great attention to detail and data entry skills
- Experience within logistics admin and coordination would be ideal but not essential
- Strong people skills, have a ‘can do’ attitude and a team player
- Excellent co-ordination & time management skills
