Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors. We have an exciting opportunity based at our Corrugated Case business in Mangere Bridge, which provides innovative and high-quality cardboard packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial and food sectors.Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, this role is responsible for managing the relationship with our existing smaller customers, focusing on maintaining and growing our business portfolio within the Corrugated carton market.This is not your average phone-based role; you will gain exposure to the wider business through interacting with the design, manufacturing, sales and distribution teams. Liaising with clients from the initial ordering stage, right through to the delivery of the product. This is a busy, solution-focused manufacturing environment where each call and each day will be different.You will possess:Strong outbound calling experience (three plus years) within a sales support/customer service role, focusing on retaining and growing existing customer business within the B2B marketProven experience in maintaining existing customers and achieving internal sales targets by identifying customer Corrugated carton needsExperience within manufacturing, packaging or FMCG sectorExcellent interpersonal skills over the phone with the ability to influence and negotiate with customersStrong time management and attention to detailCalm under pressureCompetent in Microsoft Office packagesWe offer:A competitive salary along with numerous staff benefits, valued at 7.5% of your gross salary: Superannuation, Life Insurance, Income Protection Insurance, Medical Insurance and parking onsiteOpportunity to work for a global leader in the packaging sectorA fantastic team environmentIn accordance with company policy, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, drug test, police and credit check.
