**New Payment Flows**
Visa has a strategic growth initiative to expand beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows between individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B provides Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc.). The target market opportunity of more than USD185T in potential volume is an aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue forecast over the next five years.

B2B payments are central to the growth of Visa’s new payment flows. Visa Business Solutions is the business unit responsible for growing payment flows between businesses and government entities of all sizes, from SMBs to the largest global corporates. We enable business and government entities to thrive in dynamic global and local markets, by providing innovative end to end payment capabilities and frictionless experiences that simplify the critical processes businesses perform daily. These critical processes include making payments and managing expenses, compliance, vendors and reporting. **Team Summary**
Every business has unique requirements for managing their spend, whether that be high volume transactions, complex organizational structures with sophisticated authorization requirements, or a wide array of suppliers. Visa Spend Clarity for Enterprise simplifies the complexity of expense management, providing easy-to-use spend controls, innovative mobile and virtual payment solutions and detailed, streamlined reporting, to help medium to large businesses organize expenses, accelerate efficiency, mitigate risks, optimize cashflow, achieve spend visibility and control, and drive compliance.
**The Role**:
As **Director of Product Operations,** you will be accountable for supporting the Product organization to ensure superior operational delivery for product initiatives. This team is accountable for overseeing the product strategy execution, product operations, capacity management and commercialization of the Spend Clarity for Enterprise product, while leveraging data science and analytic capabilities to enhance product features and make informed decisions. The team focuses on defining and driving commercial, operational, and organizational improvements across the Spend Clarity Enterprise Product organization and ensuring we maximize revenue potential across the regions.
The Product Operations role will be responsible for the execution of the product strategy providing governance support to the Spend Clarity executive team and broader VBS executive leadership. The role requires strong influential leadership and team-work both cross functionality, and within direct reports as the team grows.
**Accountabilities**:
**Commercial Strategy**
- Lead the development of Product Operations functional strategy
- Have a clear understanding of the Spend Clarity Enterprise strategy, existing features, vision and roadmap (long, medium and tactical), in order to develop and lead global and regional commercial strategies for the product to support regional heads and sales teams reach revenue goals
- Analyze regional landscape, issuer payment volumes and product penetration as input to strategy maximize revenue whilst staying aligned to product strategy
- Interface with sales pipeline and management
- Review pricing constructs of all product lines
- Lead and manage any third-party contracts and commercials (e.g Qlik) with support from legal business partners
