**Job Description**:
The Visa Spend Clarity Enterprise (VSCE) business unit has its history in the global software-as-a-service product company (Fraedom), acquired by Visa in 2019. The cross-functional business unit focuses on designing, building and selling solutions to support Visa's aspirations to diversify revenue by growing value-added services and new payment flows. VSCE sits within the Visa Business Solutions organization and supports VBS efforts to bring world-class payment and value-added services solutions to the B2B segment. The team of 350 people, primarily located in Auckland, New Zealand, with mainly software development and product management capabilities operates within mature agile disciplines.
The People team are a commercially focused team that translates business objectives to talent priorities. We are comfortable navigating challenging forces in the dynamic payments space and are able to operate in a fast-paced environment with significant change. We work hand-in-hand with various stakeholders of the People Team for successful planning and delivery of talent programs and services to the business.
Based in Auckland, New Zealand, the successful applicant will play a critical role as a key member of both the Asia Pacific Visa People Leadership Team and VSCE Leadership Team. You will have a dual reporting line to both the Head of People, AP, as well as the Head of Technology for VSCE
**What a Director - Head of People does at Visa**:
- Define and execute a multi-year people strategy roadmap in tandem with business goals
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership focused on broad-based and transformational human capital strategies designed to attract, develop and retain the very best innovative talent in the business
- Develop and execute best practices to promote employee engagement and to enable a high-performing workforce to contribute to Visa’s strategic growth.
- Lead, grow and develop a diverse team of high performing individuals
- Consistently measure effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs to ensure they are delivering desired outcomes
- Foster a culture of innovation, in an environment that requires high levels of scalability, security and reliability
- Collaborate with People Centers of Excellences and other People Business Partners to deliver on an integrated talent agenda for the business

**What you will need**:
- 12-15 years of demonstrable track record within talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, cultural change, organizational design, change management, etc.
- Experience leading large scale, complex technology organizations with an Agile methodology
- Demonstrable experience in leading a diverse team
- Demonstrate a future-forward mindset that lends to a culture of innovation and best practices with tech talent
- Proven ability to operate strategically while having a hands-on approach to managing HR Operations in markets
- Ability to manage medium to enterprise-wide projects/initiatives independently
- Successful implementation of operational and strategic programs and processes across dispersed groups
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and high performing work environment
