Attitude and presence are just as important to us as your background skills and experience. A minimum of 3 year’s home lending experience and a strong understanding of credit risk is an absolute pre-requisite for this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who displays the following key attributes:
- Expert knowledge of residential lending and associated products (National Certificate in Financial Services (Financial Advice Level 5 or equivalent is preferred)).- Have strong existing networks, demonstrating the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.- Exceptional knowledge of the local markets, and understanding of the home buying process- A lifestyle that allows you to work around our customers’ busy schedules and meet them when and where it is convenient for them.- Create a customer experience that is world class by being empathetic, trusted, and knowledgeable.- Be a confident presenter, comfortable speaking in a seminar environment to a wide audience of people.
