**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

Working within our HR Shared Services team you will be the first point of call for our managers and Plunket kaimahi needing HR support & guidance. This might include advice on HR policies, process or systems, drafting employment documentation or supporting recruitment/onboarding processes.

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring all our kaimahi can quickly and easily locate up-to-date HR & payroll information via our intranet.

Our small HR team will be committed to ensuring you have opportunities to grow and deepen your HR knowledge & skillset in various aspects of the employee life cycle.

**He kōrero mōu | About you**

You’ll have a drive to deliver quality and timely customer service. Your previous experience or exposure in HR, Payroll or Recruitment, along with your naturally inquisitive nature, will ensure you are able to quickly pick things up and hit the ground running.

You will have exceptional communication skills, be excellent at managing your time, alongside proven attention to detail and the motivation to succeed in a busy but caring team focused on supporting our kaimahi.
