Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for two permanent Service Desk Technicians based in either our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch offices. In this role you will be responsible for providing effective and structured first level support for ICT services and co-ordinate the overall support process with the aim of maximising service availability, restoring services when required and providing business systems support.
You will provide advanced level one support for customer problems or requests related to End User Devices (PCs, Laptops, Mobile phones or Tablets) and providing a consistent and positive service delivery experience to internal customers, working effectively with external partners, providing professional ICT support and resolving incidents efficiently.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Highly computer literate and experience with Windows and Citrix are essential
- An understanding of LAN/WAN network servers and Database environments
- Customer orientation; ability to deal promptly with customer queries and requests and take responsibility for meeting customer needs within the agreed timescale
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; complaint handing and listening skills developed to a very high degree
- Experience with Windows, Office 365 and Citrix are essential
