**About the role**:
The Safety Administrator - ANZ supports operational excellence in health and safety by supporting matters of reporting and compliance.

Under the guidance of the Regional Health and Safety Manager - ANZ this role is responsible for:

- Updating and distributing program documentation, monitoring health and safety performance and compliance, and preparing associated documents and reports.
- Working with branches to effectively coordinate routine equipment inspections program throughout ANZ group and maintain records.
- Through communication, tracking and reporting, facilitate compliance with legislation related to safety meetings, mandatory safety training, first aid assessments, employee health monitoring, inspections; wellbeing programs, and emergency documentation.
- Developing and maintenance of group material safety data sheet library.
- Administration and maintenance of health and safety management systems.
- Coordination and administration of safety training matrices and associated training requirements.
- Assisting with the introduction and rollout of contractor management program.
- Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure various health, safety and wellbeing programs are implemented according to legislation and Brandt program documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety outcomes and organizational performance.
- This position will be based out of our Hamilton Branch

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in health and safety, training or HR fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and business associates.
- Well-developed written communications skills with the ability to produce reports, policy development and associated documentation.
- Strong customer service focus and commitment to quality customer service outcomes.
- Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage priorities and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
