**What you’ll be doing**:
***The role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of your technology platform(s) for Chorus, including investment planning, technology lifecycle, capacity, performance & availability, replacement, and disposal. Align with asset management disciplines to support a regulated asset base (RAB). Work with development team(s) to ensure efficient development/change and the protection of production operations.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:

- Be the product owner of any lifecycle change for your platform(s). Ideally, Salesforce platform and associated solutions experience
- Ensure that any technology change delivered on your platform(s) supports our technology operations and considers demand management, security, capacity, performance, licensing, and business continuity
- Develop long-term investment roadmaps combining capability inputs from Architecture with your platform lifecycle and performance requirements
- Develop and maintain technology asset management plans required within a Regulated Asset Base (RAB)
- Oversee the financial management of your platform(s) including, operational cost control and capital requirements
- Ensuring software licensing for platform are optimised to meet financial performance and business needs
- Work with Platform Support Managers to develop and continually seek to improve suitable support agreements
- Work with our suppliers and architects to support the planning and development of technology change on your platform(s) with an ongoing focus on resourcing, cost, and risk
- Support the effective operation and governance of the technology operating model for programmes, platforms and enterprise release

**What you’ll bring to the table**:

- Knowledge of agile practices and values
- Experience with Investment and risk
- Experience in commercial environment and vendor management
- Experience in managing senior stakeholders, e.g. Executive and Directors of the Board
- Expert knowledge of Enterprise business functions and associated technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Develops and maintains effective relationships
- Results-focused, action bias and a strong task completer
- Work equally well in a team environment or self-started, with solid time management skills.
- Ability to influence and coach team members to achieve the best outcomes
