**About the Role**

**About You**

You are a skilled Technical Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in platform services or system administration. Your expertise in virtualization, storage management, compute services, monitoring and alerting and continuous improvement sets you apart. You are proactive in resolving platform incidents and managing system resources, and you take ownership of platform improvements and optimisations. If you have a VMware Certified Professional (VCP), a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification, you'll stand out even more. Exposure to large enterprise environments and tools like ServiceNow and ADO will give you an edge in this role.

**To set you up for success you'll have the following;**
- 2-5 years of experience in platform services or system administration.
- Hands-on experience with visualisation, storage management, and compute services.
- Preferred certification such as MCP or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
- Ideally have familiarity with large enterprise environments and tools like Service Now and ADO.
- Knowledge of MS SQL and Linux advantageous
