The Group Finance & Performance team has oversight for performance management, financial control, corporate office income and expenditure, settlements, treasury accounting, Group IT accounting, and is a key interface across the Group from a finance perspective.
**About the role**
- The purpose of this role is to support the administration, transactional, accounting and finance requirements of the Group Finance & Performance team. You’ll be responsible for financial processing, reporting and working on various projects, as well as contributing to a strong control culture within Fletcher Building’s accounting functions. You’ll be the primary super user for the Fraedom expense management platform. This position will also provide central Fraedom administration support tasks for our business units supported by the Corporate Finance team. In addition, this role will be the Timesheet System Owner of our IT ServiceNow technology.
**About you**
- To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of numeracy skills, along with a good level of computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with JDE ERP system is highly advantageous, although not mandatory. As you will be dealing with our valued internal and external customers, you will also need to have effective communication skills and be able develop and maintain strong relationships, have an investigative mind along with sound problem-solving skills and a strong team focus.
