**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, The primary responsibility of this role will be to maintain and grow key relationships within our existing customer base. You also need to provide a proactive customer service to ensure growth in sales and identify opportunities to increase the DX Mail services.

This is an immediate start salaried permanent position working from Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
- Permanent Full - Time Position.
- No experience required
- training provided.
- Immediate start.

You will need to be a strong team player and have good interpersonal skills. You will also show initiative, be energetic and enthusiastic and be able to work under pressure.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following attributes:

- Have exceptional telephone communication skills
- Customer Service focus
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills with the skills to resolve issues and address complaints
- Maximise opportunities to promote our brand and increase uptake of our service options
- Organise and achieve daily call schedules to meet sales targets
- A basic understanding of Excel, Outlook and Word
- A drive to excel
