**Requirements**:
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and

professional approach.

Sales Acumen: Proven experience in telesales, business development, or client-facing roles, with a track record of meeting sales targets

Relationship Building: Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with employers and key decision-makers.

Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating terms, contracts, and recruitment agreements.

Empathy: Understand the unique needs and requirements of employers and provide tailored solutions.

Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle a high volume of employer interactions.

Tech Savviness: Comfortable using CRM software, recruitment databases, and communication tools.

Confidence: Self-assuredness while representing the company and its recruitment services to employers.

Education and Experience:
A Diploma in human resources or a related field is typically preferred but not. mandatory. Previous experience in telesales, business development, client relations, or recruitment-related roles is highly advantageous.
