This organisation is one you will instantly recognise, they have a branch network throughout NZ and several manufacturing plants. As a National Telesales, you will support customer service through the provision of a timely and accurate, receipting, invoicing & order service for National Customers, by maintaining and providing accurate invoicing in a timely manner, coordinating with the National Pricing Manager to maximise customer service, margins and profitability to our client.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and maintain a standard template for invoicing National Customers across the country in agreed time frames in SLA
- Maintain a process so as to provide timely and accurate pricing/invoicing reducing credit notes & customer frustration.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to further add value to national pricing
- Develop strong working relationships with branches teams and key suppliers
- Continuously improve the efficiency of service of our client's national pricing
- Ad hoc reporting for the customer team
- Maintain a process with our suppliers for fast accurate delivery and fast accurate invoicing.
- Coordinate the creation of tracking of in-house hits and misses for discussion with Golden Homes
- Liaise with customers to identify their needs
- Accurately process customers’ credit notes within the specified authority, referring larger amounts to the appropriate Manager

**About You**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Ideally some construction background or experience
