**About the Role**:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable? If so, there now exists an opportunity for a Temporary Administrator focusing on Accounts Payable within a dynamic manufacturing company in Christchurch. This role provides key support to the accounts team by assisting with accounts, managing data and other key administrative tasks.
Your role will include:
- Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any accounts payable-related inquiries or issues.
- Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks as needed.
**To succeed in this role you will be/have**:
- Strong computer/data entry skills
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar administrative role.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail.
