Senior Customer Lifecycle/ Engagement Lead

This is an exciting senior role for a Customer Engagement Senior Client Lead who will drive the promotions for the client - a very well known and large FMCG retailer. In essence this a Customer Lifecycle Marketing role, building campaign strategies and activating campaigns. Key for ths role is a proven track record of the following:

- 5 years experience in Customer Lifecycle within FMCG or a similar loyalty programme
- Deep into data insights and how to turn that data into activation
- Ability to work with all stakeholders - and all aspects of the business
- Working with merchandising and finance teams
- Create strategy at a senior level and transform capability
- Able to work campaigns end to end
- Understanding and delivering loyalty propositions
- Best CRM practice across all platforms and loyalty solutions to grow the best customers
- Campaign strategy and executing activations
- Ability to ‘hold a room’ to deliver ideas and strategy to the senior stakeholders
