**About this role**:
As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will report to the Customer Enablement - Team Lead in CCL Delivery/Professional Services. You’ll work with a talented and ambitious pool of resources to effectively deliver complex and innovative projects across the entire client spectrum, covering public/private & hybrid cloud, modern workplace, transformation services, security & network, consulting, and managed services. As a Senior Delivery Lead you will take a more front and centre position in the customer engagement lifecycle to drive customer value & outcomes.

**What your day will be like**:

- Championing your team with a growth mindset - adaptable and open to change and learning as well as sharing.
- Works with the client to develop the vision/goals for an engagement and ensures that all tracks of work are driving towards a cohesive output that supports that vision.
- Own the customer engagement, relationship management.
- Owning the SOW development and providing governance over the solution development lifecycle.
- Providing ongoing presence through squads. Identifying and aligning future opportunities with a technology roadmap.
- Structure and plan Projects including effort estimation, resource profiling and financial forecasting.
- Facilitates delivery events and ceremonies through the agile framework.
- Manage multiple projects end to end - both internal to CCL and with key customers - including budget, resource, and timelines.
- Day to day oversight of tasks, milestones, deadlines, meetings, communication, and reporting using the required tools.
- Engage and effectively communicate with stakeholders across multiple levels.

**What you will bring**:

- You boast a track record of successfully managing multiple complex, large scale technology engagements.
- You have demonstrated experience in Agile as well as traditional waterfall methodologies.
- Your management skills include highly accurate budget tracking, forecasting, and planning - both financial and resource based.
- You have a strong understanding of Governance, Compliance, Reporting and Stakeholder management.
- Your leader describes you as a ‘Fire and forget’ weapon.
- You’re well adept at remote working, using a variety of tools to facilitate conversations, workshops, and ceremonies.
