We’re excited to share that we have a brand new opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor to join our Service Delivery team on a permanent, full time basis.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

It’s an exciting time to join our team, the work we do is constantly evolving as we develop new ways of doing things. Reporting to the National Customer Care Manager, key priorities for this role include analysing our customer feedback to ensure we can deliver an exceptional service and enhance the Whānau Āwhina Plunket experience for whānau.

You will draw insights from the Whānau Voice survey data we receive from whānau and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to amplify the customer voice, allowing us to improve the way we deliver our frontline services.

You’ll also follow-up with whānau to resolve customer complaints, and prepare draft reporting for internal stakeholders, deep diving into insights, themes and recommendations for focus areas and celebration of successes.

You’ll be a champion of continuous improvement with excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Your calm and empathetic manner alongside your confidence to present to a variety of groups and passion for positive change will ensure you thrive in the role.

You will also bring:

- A bachelors degree, in any field that requires research, analysis and report writing.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or a related field, with proven experience handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Experience writing comprehensive reports and presenting data in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
- A commitment to Te Tiriti ō Waitangi and pro equity
- Proven ability to analyse and translate data and themes into easy to understand and meaningful insights.
