As a **Multi Shop Organization (MSO) Support Specialist** at PPG, you will provide hands-on operational, technical, and training support across one of our key customer’s Multiple site locations. You will use your existing vehicle repair knowledge to support our customers in achieving the absolute best production outcomes. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that will see you travel across multiple locations in **Auckland, NZ**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow PPG's EH&S regulations by following guidelines and procedures for safe work practices - your safety is our number one priority
- Train, mentor and guide customer paint and panel staff as required, this will include 1:1 and group training, staff upskilling, and pre-employment assessments.
- Where required: Identify, and remedy on-site production bottlenecks within our customer site.
- Where required: Paint mixing, preparation, and painting following site requirements.
- Where required: Maintain multiple equipments on site such as sprayguns, UV & IR lamps, gun-wash machines, colour tools.

**Qualifications**
- Proven hands-on experience within a process-driven and high-volume vehicle repair environment.
- An understanding of labor efficiency and the impact on overall productivity.
- A current valid driver's license.
