Where you’ll play

Guides team and organization on how to utilize Agile/Scrum practices, principles and values.

Provides support to team using servant leadership style, leading by example and by being an empathetic leader who serves.

Builds trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution and with an emphasis on problem-solving.

Facilitates discussion, decision making and conflict resolution and advocates for the team.

Helps team develop flow for their development cycle and makes recommendations as necessary to increase efficiencies and decrease risk.

Observes sprint health indicators, identifies and socializes continuous improvement opportunities and creates team plans through retrospective reviews.

Communicates effectively with teams, Product Owners, the business and leadership.

**What you’ll need**:
Hands-on experience with Agile (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Familiarity with software collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, Miro and analytic tools

Fosters teams that are intentional about assessing problems and devising solutions through critical thinking processes

Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills - capable of understanding broad range of viewpoints and building consensus

Advanced verbal, presentation, facilitation and written communication skills
