Working towards this goal, IT Project Delivery has been investing in our Scrum teams to support the delivery of scalable and reliable products and services for the diverse needs of the wider Fonterra business units.
About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahiWe are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our Scrum/PM chapter. You will be at the heart of our IT initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of features and initiatives.
Acting as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to our leaders and teams, you will ensure full potential is realised as you manage the delivery of successful business outcomes.
In addition, you will also:
Be responsible for the success of the overall scrum process, including the facilitation of ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and Big Room Planning (BRP).Have responsibility for delivering the product roadmap in alignment with Product Owners.Track and remove impediments, support collaboration between all roles and team members.Provide coaching to cross-functional and BAU teams on the Agile framework and scrum methodology.About you | Ko wai koeThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and skilled Scrum Master looking to make an impact. You will also have:
