We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our Scrum/PM chapter you will be at the heart of our IT initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of features and initiatives.Acting as a trusted advisor, coach and mentor to our leaders and teams, you will ensure full potential is realised as you manage the delivery of successful business outcomes.In addition, you will also:
- Be responsible for the success of the overall scrum process, including the facilitation of ceremonies, daily stand-ups and Big Room Planning (BRP)
- Have responsibility for delivering the product roadmap in alignment with Product Owners
- Track and remove impediments, support collaboration between all roles and team members
- Provide coaching to cross-functional and BAU teams on the Agile framework and scrum methodology.

- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Practical and hands-on experience with the use of tools such as Jira, Confluence and Slack
