Pa to Gm Pt Development and The Gm of Road Asset

AT is passionate about working with Aucklander's to deliver a safe, innovative and integrated transport system.
This role will support two Group Managers (Public Transport Development and Road Asset Maintenance & Renewals), their lead team, and wider department, where appropriate with support to enable the achievement of the two groups' objectives by providing efficient and effective administrative and management support services.
**The role will include**
- Ensure manager(s) is/are fully informed on priority issues, researching and preparing background material
- Manage calendar appointments to fit workload and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and preparation of meeting information on behalf of manager(s)
- Support the preparation of organisation / division / department reports as required
- Staff recognition process followed and tracked
- Reconcile Credit Card expenditure
- Organise travel arrangements for the group
- Co-ordination of events, activities and projects within the group as required.
- Work with the other admins, PAs and EAs to ensure efficient workload balance of duties.
**Key Skills to be successful**:
- Tertiary diploma qualification in Office Business Administration or similar relevant discipline preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in team or personal administration support role
- Experience with using databases and information management systems, e.g. SAP, SharePoint
