Are you a current event management/stakeholder engagement professional who is passionate about the frontline delivery of product and services? We're seeking a Relationship Advsor to lead the coordination, marketing, and stakeholder engagement of Inspiring the future (ItF) and Tahatu (our careers interactive website) in Schools across Aotearoa/New Zealand.
The Relationship Advisor role holder will raise awareness, to support school uptake of career resources and events, as well as build effective and collaborative relationships with key groups and people. This will include support of event logistics and administration and maintaining positive relationships with third parties, education stakeholders and relationships directly with schools.
This is not an ordinary role. We require people with energy, creativity, and vision to break new ground and work to develop high trust and productive partnerships with schools.

**About the Role: He angitūtanga**:

- Contribute and lead (collaborating with senior team members or independently) the delivery of the workplan that ensures core careers products are well supported by schools.
- Engage with stakeholders including senior schools' staff, sponsors, venues, suppliers and other education stakeholders and government staff to support the awareness of uptake of careers products.
- Consult with senior school staff schools on the selection, access, and support for appropriate role models for events and activities related to careers products.
- Ensure all stakeholders involved, including role models where relevant, are fully briefed and have necessary information in a timely manner.
- Contributes to and develops regular reporting on the work programme, in line with the TEC's reporting requirements and any external or stakeholder reporting as needed.

- Proven relationship management experience.
- Knowledge of Aotearoa/New Zealand's education system including the culture/environment in our schools
- Experience working with business partners to collaboratively deliver upon engagement plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to interpret and use information to enhance service delivery
- Proven experience in content record management / customer database recordkeeping, reporting and administrative skills
- Experience in or the ability to demonstrate cultural intelligence and to operate effectively in diverse cultural contexts.

Remuneration
The salary range for this position starts from $80k up to $94k, + 3% Kiwisaver contributions, depending on demonstrable skills and experience.
