**About the Company**:
A proudly kiwi owned business, PharmaNZ produces over 500 tonnes of powder blend products, 10 million tablets, and 70 million hard-shell capsules annually from their Medsafe NZ, GMP certified Contract Manufacturing facility in Hamilton.

**About the Role**:
Does Supply Chain spin your wheels? If it does and you have a proven track record in procurement and logistic coordination in a GMP environment, then we really need to have a chat.

Whether managing the procurement and sourcing of high-quality materials at the most effective operational price, supporting the technical team with material selection, or setting up and managing supplier accounts, it is vital that the person coming into this role possesses experience in the Food, Dairy or Pharmaceutical industry and is familiar with GMP certified manufacturing methodologies.

Technical knowledge of herbal extracts, vitamins, minerals and similar raw materials used in natural health supplements and foods would be really beneficial in this role, as would some healthy commercial savvy and financial strength.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Sourcing ingredients and packaging to meet customer requirements
- Obtaining specifications and technical documentation on ingredients and packaging
- Setting up and managing supplier accounts
- Supporting the technical development team with material selection
- Working closely with sales, quality, technical and production teams as required
- Managing records and documentation in accordance with company policy and procedure, regulations, and cGMP standards
- Effective stock management and control skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills especially when dealing with others, both internally and externally
- Good commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- The ability to work both independently whilst assisting and supporting others as part of a tight knit team
