ROLE OVERVIEW

The New Zealand Sales Manager will be responsible for the commercial development, sales and growth of the Vytelle portfolio of products in the NZ region. Responsibilities include demand creation, customer relationships, market opportunity identification, quantification, and prioritization. Once identified, execution of partnerships and sales through lead generation to develop and nurture a network and pipeline of opportunities. Included in this role is administration assistance with the Vytelle lab team. Critical Relationships to this role include: Vytelle NZ Operations Team, Global Communications Manager, along with cross-functional collaboration throughout Vytelle teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- National demand creation, customer support and achieving revenue targets for Vytelle technology with focus on Vytelle ADVANCE (IVF) in NZ
- Customer Service and facilitating Vytelle NZ Lab Management and administration (reports, invoices etc)
- Vytelle ADVANCE logistics and support in conjunction with the lab team
- Development, expansion, and relationship management of Vytelle ecosystem partners and access points from OPU to Embryo production
- Use of Vytelle tools, content, and value messaging to support sales and customer success
- Market Analysis, tracking and quantification of market size, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop, maintain, and report on critical scorecard metrics for internal use and partner performance and goal setting
- Local representation and industry events, speaking to build Vytelle brand in NZ

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Agribusiness or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Client facing Experience across the Agriculture or Animal Health Sector
- Proven experience in creating business to business partnerships
- Knowledge & experience of marketing technical products and services for bovine sector in NZ with existing relationships
- First class communicator and presenter utilizing all the latest technologies
- Willingness to travel ~50-60%
