As the Manufacturing Manager, you will lead one of the largest baking manufacturing sites in NZ, guiding them on a journey of continuous improvement and success. You'll be at the forefront of continuous improvement and will hold the reins of accountability for driving safety, quality, cost optimisation, and people development within the plants.

You will be the guiding force for the Production Managers, ensuring they reach their full potential and beyond.

**Qualifications**:
As a pivotal member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment. Your role extends beyond managing operations; you'll inspire a high-performing culture and drive staff engagement.

Your impressive track record as a Senior Manufacturing Manager in the Baking Industry sets you up for success in this role, and your extensive experience in multi-plant management equips you to handle the intricacies of our diverse manufacturing landscape. Every day is an opportunity to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with your energetic approach.

Your expert knowledge will be instrumental in refining processes, optimizing resources, and elevating every aspect of our baking site's efficient operations. Your success will be underpinned by the following:
- Demonstrated Senior Management Experience in Food Manufacturing.
- Multi-plant experience.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Strong GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) and quality standards.
- A champion for continuous improvement.
- Safety first, always: Instil a mindset where the well-being of employees is the top priority.
